Unbundled Recruitment

The process is simple. We work with you as a team. The Executive Tree makes a target list of companies and organizations that we believe the best candidates for your position will be found. Next, we identify the exact individuals in those positions with phone numbers, titles and organizational fit. The Executive Tree then supplies you with the database of all of those identified potential candidates. Remember, these individuals are targeted for your position because they are performing the job right now.

After you review the potential candidates, The Executive Tree then contacts all the potential candidates and assesses them for qualification and interest with a set of questions that are agreed upon by the client and The Executive Tree. If the candidate is assessed to be viable, a resume is given and sent to the client with the write-up sheet and evaluation by our staff.

This process is typically billed on an hourly basis and usually is 50%- 70% less in cost than any other form of recruitment including in most cases, newspaper or ad search and is far more effective. The reason is simple; Unbundled Recruitment is not about sales, but about recruitment. There are no retainers, no hidden fees. We work with your organization, saving you time and money.

The final phase of the process is the face-to-face interviewing and background checks. Typically, the client completes this, but The Executive Tree has conducted this process when the client has requested it. All services are billed on an hourly basis with no hidden fees.
